Pokémon Go unveils the Delightful Days season, which will run throughout the summer

Pokémon Go is rolling into summer with the Delightful Days season, starting June 3rd, and it’s packed with surprises, debuts, and festival-scale fun. Following the Might and Mastery season, which concluded with Urshifu and Gigantamax Machamp making their mark, Delightful Days keeps the momentum going with a vibrant mix of features running through September 2nd.
The biggest part about the Delightful Days season in Pokémon Go is, of course, the Go Fest 2025, the highly anticipated celebration and a global event set to take place on June 28th-29th. No ticket is required to join, but upgraded access unlocks bonuses, Special Research, and a Volcanion encounter.
You can also take part in person in Osaka, Jersey City, or Paris if you’re chasing the full festival experience. This year’s Go Fest will be especially significant, as it marks the long-awaited arrival of Crowned Sword Zacian and Crowned Shield Zamazenta.
As for new faces, more Pokémon from Paldea, Galar, and Hisui are making their Pokémon Go debut. Gigantamax Cinderace and Gigantamax Inteleon are leading the charge in Max Battles, with Dynamax Hatenna and more joining throughout the season. Expect more Max Pokémon to rotate in as the weeks go on.
