Pokémon Go will introduce Yamper in the upcoming Yamper’s Paw Prints event

This June, Pokémon Go is going full zoomies. As the Delightful Days season sets in, Yamper, the energetic Electric-type from the Galar region, is finally making its debut during Yamper’s Paw Prints event. The event is set to run from June 20th to 22nd and will allow you to evolve Yamper into the ever-loyal Boltund using 50 Yamer Candy.
Throughout the Yamper Paw Prints event in Pokémon Go, wild encounters are turning into a puppy parade. Expect to see more Growlithe, Snubbull, Houndour, Poochyena, Electrike, Lillipup, Furfrou, and Fidough around your local area.

If you’re lucky, you might even spot a Hisuian Growlithe or the star of the show, Yamper itself. And for those shiny hunters, this event bumps up your odds of finding Shiny versions of Snubbull, Poochyena, and Furfrou.
Each day of the event also comes with its own themed Timed Research, offering bonus Stardust and XP along with extra encounters. On June 20th, it’s all about Poochyena, while Furfrou takes the spotlight on the 21st. And on June 22nd, Snubbull gets its moment to shine (literally, too). Just make sure you finish each day’s tasks before midnight, because they’ll expire with the day.
