Dino Quake brings old-school platforming to mobile, out now for iOS and Android
What goes up must come down

- Dino Quake is out now on iOS and is soon to come to Android
- For $3.99, you get an innovative retro platformer with Dino Quake mechanic
- Send enemies flying and kick them to take out multiple at once in this charming take on the genre
Platforming is a genre which doesn't need to be complex, and even the simplest of twists can really make a difference. Take Dino Quake, which is available to buy on iOS and coming soon to Android, which adds a simple earth-shaking twist to the genre where climbing high is always followed by coming right back down.
Dino Quake is incredibly simple; you need to climb higher in order to take out enemies with your earthquake attack. Playing as either Mina or Kiwi, the higher you climb, the more powerful your stomp attack becomes as you leap down to send enemies flying with the titular Dino Quake. Boot the fallen enemies to send them flying into one another and quickly dispatch many at once.
It's not an entirely unusual concept, but it's one that adds an ounce of fun to an otherwise quite familiar, if pleasingly retro, platformer. And coming from Neutronized, who previously released Shovel Pirate and Roar Rampage for mobile, it's certainly got a great history backing it.

Jump, jump, jump
At the same time, if you're looking for retro fun, the crunchy pixel graphics of Dino Quake are sure to remind you of Taito classics like Bubble Bobble, and it's certainly not lacking in content to discover either. You'll find multiple paths through Dino Quake to explore, unlockable characters and a charming retro soundtrack to enjoy. So if you're interested, keep your eye out because Dino Quake is available for $3.99 on the iOS App Store, and is shortly to be released on Google Play.
