Summoners War hits 290 million downloads with new milestone

• It's a major milestone coming right at the same time as Sky Arena's 11th anniversary

It's been a big year for mobile so far, and it's not exactly surprising that means some major milestones for top releases. Look no further than Summoners War: Sky Arena, which has now accrued a whopping 290 million downloads, with in-game celebrations to mark the milestone, of course.

Coming at the same time as its 11th anniversary and just after winning Huawei AppGallery's Game of the Year in 2024, it's a major achievement. While Summoners War: Sky Arena is quick to point out some of the metrics, such as how many regions it's hit #1 in, I know that most of you would prefer to learn what kind of rewards there are.

And to start, we've got a major new limited-time event with the six-star Legend Rune Craft Event. Available through July 27th, this event allows you to craft up to two six-star Legend Runes at Power-up Level six using the 11-year emblems. You'll also be able to nab 'flexible' sub-property rerolls, and 10 free rerolls per rune per day.

There's a lot more in terms of rewards, too, as the 100+100 Legend Runes & Reappraisal Stones Event (snappy name, I know) grants you 100 Legend Runes and 100 Reappraisal Stones for completing 100 missions.

Meanwhile, that 11-Year Emblem can also be exchanged for rewards at the Special Premium Shop, such as Devilmons, Light & Darkness Scrolls, Legendary All-Attribute Scrolls and limited-edition skins, including the 11-Year Craft Building and Cog Girl emojis.
