Summoners War is headed to Paris as the 2025 World Arena Championship kicks off
The road to Paris begins now

Summoners War is back on the global esports stage with the ninth annual World Arena Championship, and this year’s competition is shaping up to be the biggest yet. With bigger regional tournaments, international qualifiers, and a high-stakes finale in the City of Light, the SWC2025 season is officially underway.
Registration for the SWC2025 is now live through the Summoners War: Sky Arena event page and runs until June 30th at midnight PT. Those who shined during World Arena Seasons 32 and 33 will be selected for preliminaries across three regions: Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific.

The latter will split into four competitive sub-regions, Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Others in Asia, each sending eight contenders into the first phase of battle. The preliminaries, set for late July through August, will feature double elimination brackets with best-of-five matchups to determine who moves on to the Regional Cups.
These regional tournaments will take the action offline, with Europe kicking things off behind closed doors on September 20th. Next up is the Americas Cup in Sao Paulo on October 11th, followed by the Asia-Pacific Cup on October 18th in Busan. Each of these live events will send three finalists to the World Finals.
For players outside the standard brackets, there’s still a chance to join the global stage. Open Qualifier events in France and Hangzhou will give three more competitors a direct route to the Finals, one from Paris and two from China.
Finally, it all culminates on November 1st in Paris, where the top twelve Sky Arena summoners will face off in a single-elimination bracket to crown the SWC2025 World Champion.
