Once Human finally arrives on mobile
Human after all

- Once Human is out now on iOS and Android
- It lets you step into a world of supernatural phenomena, and guns, lots of guns
- Establish your own doomsday home, take on both players and monsters, and explore a massive open world
After a not insignificant wait, NetEase's Once Human has finally released on mobile, being available via iOS and Android from today. Having first released for PC, Once Human's mobile launch has been highly anticipated, and now you can jump into a world of shooting and supernatural phenomena.
Set on the continent of Nekot, you play as a Transcendent, one of the few survivors of apocalyptic supernatural events that have ravaged the land. Fortunately, you won't be relying on swords and sorcery, but far more modern weapons such as guns and gadgets, too.
Once Human's most impressive feature is its massive open world. Spanning 256 square kilometres, it boasts a variety of biomes and locations to explore. You'll be able to take on a variety of activities such as fishing and farming, all while contending with both PvE and PvP combat, depending on your choice on the matter.

Once Human's mixture of flashy near-future aesthetic and the breadth of its gameplay mechanics is probably why this release has been so highly anticipated. That and the relatively positive reception by even highly demanding PC players means that it's well worth a look.
Add onto that the dense weapon customisation system, a favourite weapon fanatics everywhere, and it's clear that Once Human is aimed at an audience who want something a little grim and grittier. Of course, there's still plenty of fun to be had, whether that be with friends and establishing your own base, or just building your dream apocalypse home alone.
