The Pocket Gamer Podcast Episode 30 - Wittle Defender, Updates and Anniversaries
|

The Pocket Gamer team are back with a new and improved formula and structure for the podcast. For this, the latest episode of The Pocket Gamer Podcast, the team work their way through six recent, big stories in quick succession.

First up, Catherine discusses Wittle Defender, the latest game from Habby (the developer of Survivor.io and Capybara Go), which is now in pre-registration.

Secondly, Iwan discusses the latest Tribe Nine update, including the new character, new map and the importance of a defined visual style (especially relevant, considering the connection to the Danganronpa series).

Next up, Will brings forth news of Wuthering Waves' new version (2.3.2) which comes alongside its anniversary and a very cool sounding Cyberpunk Edgerunners crossover that is on the horizon.

The fourth topic starts off with Iwan explaining the upcoming Monopoly Go x Star Wars crossover, while Catherine chimes in with the missed-opportunity of its release date.

After that, Will cycles back around to discuss the bonkers Call of Duty Mobile update that's in the pipes; It'll bring bounce-pads and jetpacks to the FPS through a new class and some general content updates. Oh, and it'll also have a crossover with Seven Deadly Sins.

Finally, Catherine talks on the news of the long-awaited release of Delta Force's mobile version, touching on the history of the series ahead of this modern twist.

You can listen to the podcast below, through the Spotify embed, or head over to our Spotify Page - while there you can follow us, which'll actually get the new podcasts pushed to you as they're uploaded (which means you can give it a listen before we've even got the story live on the website). We're also going to be looking at more ways of getting it to you over the coming months, so keep your eyes peeled for that.
