When it comes to a pair of headphones, there are lots of options out there. Edifier is known for its quality and is a household brand, so I was excited to see the Edifier WH950NB wireless, noise-cancelling over-ear headphones. They look sleek, especially in the creme colour.
There are buttons and a charging port on the right-hand ear cup, with a volume button to switch on noise cancelling and a connecting button. The left-hand side has a wired port in case you want to use the Edifier WH950NB in that mode.
Within the app, you can also select different levels of noise-cancelling; low, high, ambient sound reduction and wind reduction. These modes do a good job, even when they aren't playing music, as something that will just cancel out loud noise if you need to focus.
When it comes to battery life, it's extremely important to me that I do not need to recharge my headset every couple of hours. Luckily, the Edifier WH950NB has up to 34 hours of battery usage, with noise cancelling turned on, and even more with it off. To make it even sweeter, you only need to charge the headset for an hour and a half from no charge to full charge, so it's not one I am worried about when it comes to battery.
