BTS Cooking on Stove: TinyTan puts the famed band back in the kitchen for another course
Let's turn up the heat

- BTS Cooking on Stove: TinyTan revamps the original Cooking On
- New features include the integration of Smilegate's STOVE platform
- In practice that means more community features in this latest release
BTS really don't need an introduction as the most popular K-Pop boy band of all time. But those of you already familiar with them are probably avid players of the hit Diner Dash-style puzzler BTS Cooking On: TinyTan Restaurant. So what the heck, then, is this newly-released sort-of-sequel, BTS Cooking on Stove: TinyTan?
Well, it's exactly that, an enhanced and revamped version of the original now being produced and published in partnership between developers Smilegate and Grampus. You've got all the fun of interacting with your favourite BTS band members in their adorable SD forms, while whipping up delicious dishes for hungry customers.
But the key difference here is Smilegate integrating it into their Stove platform. What's that? Well, it's basically their big 'meta platform', a mix of an online store and community hub. Unsurprisingly, then, this version of BTS Cooking On is all about integrating these social elements in a much stronger way.

It's not entirely clear what will change with regards to the original BTS Cooking On now that this revamped version is available. The last time I checked, it's still available via the usual storefronts. However, I wouldn't be surprised if some sort of official transition is put in place soon.
As for the new features available, it's a bold move to try and get more people to use Smilegate's own Stove platform. But at the same time, with only a few vague notions of improved usability, it may fail to sway sceptical fans in any meaningful way.
