Wuthering Waves version 1.4 phase II "When the Night Knocks" released
A suite of in-game events
- Wuthering Waves version 1.4 phase two is now live
- When the Night Knocks brings a whole host of new in-game events
- Gran new featured Resonators and Weapons in upcoming events
Wuthering Waves is set to release phase two of its version 1.4 update, as When the Night Knocks moves into its next instalment. Unfortunately, there's not much in the way of major gameplay overhauls or additions, but what you do have is a host of in-game events with special rewards on offer, so let's dig in!
To start, we'll list the new featured resonators. In When Thunder Pours, starting from December 12th to January 1st, five-star resonator Yinlin, and four-star resonators Lumi Baizhi and Yuanwu will all be featured. Yinlin is exclusive to this event, so you won't be able to nab him after it finishes.
Next up, Celestial Revelation (which also runs from the 12th to the 1st) will see the five-star resonator Xiangli Yao and the four-star resonators Lumi Baizhi and Yuanwu all receive boosted drop rates. Naturally, Xiangli is also exclusive to this particular event, and won't be available afterwards!
Next up are, naturally, the featured weapon events. The Stringmaster and Verity's Handle events both run from the 12th to the 1st as well. You'll find the five-star weapons Stringmaster and Verity's Handle featured in these events, and both are exclusive meaning you won't be able to nab them once it ends. Meanwhile, Waning Redshift, Jinzhou Keeper and Hollow Mirage are both available to grab with boosted drop rates and a guaranteed pull of the featured weapon if you were going to draw a five-star.
Finally, there's a host of Pioneer Association events, Featured Combat events and Recurring Combat events (not to mention Limited-time Material Drop events) to enjoy over the festive period, running at various times before they wrap up in January. Sure, it may not be particularly Christmassy but for you Wuthering Waves fans out there, this is more than enough to celebrate with.
