Wildlife Studios has capped off the Final Stage of Roland-Garros eSeries by Renault 2025 for Tennis Clash, crowning Colombia’s Samuel Sanin Ortiz “Sasmis” as the ultimate champion. Hundreds of live spectators, as well as thousands viewing on YouTube and Twitch, witnessed the tournament unfold, with the 8th edition introducing a team stage to push the contestants to prove their worth across two teams of four.

This means that the Tennis Clash tournament didn't just focus on your typical singles format - the finalists were guided by renowned coaches such as French tennis legend Marion Bartoli and former top 10 ATP player Gilles Simon.

The latter coached Adjua Boucher “Renapower” (USA), Samuel Sanin Ortiz “Sasmis” (COL), Eugen Mosdir “AreidY” (GER) and Alessandro Bianco “ΔLEX” (ITA), while the former coached Hizir Balkanci “Hizir” (TUR), Randy Van Haele “RSMKN” (BEL), Omer Feder “Omer” (ISR) and Anyndia Lestari “Anyndia” (IDN).

While it was a true test of tennis tenacity and tactics, the finals came down to Sasmis (COL) and AreidY (GER), with Sasmis clearing through the sets, scoring 3 sets to 1 (7-10 / 10-4 / 10-7 / 10-3).

“I am genuinely really happy to win Roland-Garros eSeries by Renault," says Sasmis. "I put a lot of work in to qualify and to win, and I am very happy to have accomplished it. The entire journey, the overall experience has been incredible, including everything I witnessed at Roland-Garros and will see again. It is an amazing experience that I really cherish, and I am so happy to have done it. See you next year!”

Additionally, the very first non-fictional character was also unveiled during the competition - 4-time Grand Slam winner Naomi Osaka.
