PUBG Mobile's latest car collaboration brings Shelby American to the battleground

For better or for worse, one of PUBG Mobile's most frequent types of collaborations in their long line of weird and wacky crossovers has been with car manufacturers. Be it cruising in supercars or mowing down the competition in 4x4s, it's by now a perennial feature of their events. And now, the latest of these is set to go live as Shelby American's classic performance cars enter the battleground.
For once, it seems this manufacturer's collaboration is not made to plug a new supercar, but instead to show off some of their most iconic vehicles from the past. The Shelby GT500 and Shelby 427 Cobra will both roar onto the roadways of the battleground to offer a new and stylish way to get about.
While these may be a little off-putting to younger players, for anyone with an appreciation or soft spot for classic cars, the new additions to PUBG Mobile's already beefy lineup of vehicles are sure to be welcome and will be available from now until July 6th.
Of course, it wouldn't be PUBG Mobile without just a smidgeon of ridiculousness to add to the proceedings. And you can customise your Shelby GT500 with rocket balloons and a flying saucer attachment, or maybe you'd rather go the classic route by upgrading the Cobra with a spoiler attachment and quad exhaust?
Whatever your pick, coming alongside the colossal (pun intended) Attack on Titan collaboration and the addition of new steampunk content with version 3.8, PUBG Mobile is jam-packed with content to carry you into the weekend!
