Wuthering Waves releases version 2.4 featuring the Septimont region, new Resonators, and more

Fresh off its one-year anniversary celebration, Wuthering Waves is back with a massive new update. Version 2.4, titled Lightly We Toss the Crown, is now live across all platforms and brings with it a wealth of new content, including a new region, two powerful Resonators, fresh story chapters, and a packed lineup of limited-time events and rewards.
Septimont is at the centre of Wuthering Waves’ v2.4 update, which is a brand new explorable region filled with challenges, hidden Echoes, and stunning vistas. Alongside it, Wuthering Waves introduces Cartethyia and Lupa, two new Resonators with their own abilities and playstyles. The storylines also continue to evolve with the introduction of Chapter II Acts V and VI.
Celebrating both the anniversary and this update, a number of rewards are on offer. Simply logging in nets you 10 free Radiant Tides via in-game mail through the Gifts of Grand Opening event. There’s also a 7-day login event, the Everglorious Summit exploration, and Crisis Trial combat events, all packed with progression rewards and cosmetics.
This update isn’t light on fashion either. New deluxe outfits for Changli and Carlotta, Laurel Nymph and Splashing Summer, bring seasonal flair and style upgrades for longtime mains. Meanwhile, those hunting for optimisation will find plenty to explore with new Echoes, Sonata effects, and overhauled build guides in the new In-Game Guide Depot.
