The world of TCGs has quite a few heavyweights, Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon and, of course, Yu-Gi-Oh! Now, players of the hit multiplatform adaptations Master Duel and Duel Links can look forward to a major new tournament as the Road to Worlds campaign and WCS Qualifiers are set to kick off.

Players will duel it out for the chance to compete at the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2025 is taking place August 29th-31st in Paris, France. But even if you think you haven't got a chance in the Shadow Realm of qualifying, there's still plenty of new login events and rewards to look forward to.

Fans who check in on Master Duel throughout this year's celebration campaign can look forward to a free UR Royal Finish Card of Red Supernova Dragon, an exclusive Icon, and 1000 Gems as part of the rewards for this celebration. Meanwhile, in Duel Links, you'll have separate login campaigns for both the Speed Duel and Rush Duel formats!

There's more, too! Be sure to check out the all-new secret pack New Frontier, which features fresh new artworks for  Fallen of Albaz, Incredible Ecclesia, the Virtuous, Aluber, the Jester of Despia, and Blazing Cartesia, the Virtuous. The log-in campaign begins on May 27th, while the World Championship Qualifiers will take place in two stages, from June 4th and 13th to the 16th.

Fans can certainly look forward to a high-profile tournament and enjoy all the trappings that go with the Yu-Gi-Oh! series in all its incarnations, digital and otherwise.
