As March begins in earnest and the days begin to warm, it's only natural that we sun-deprived folks want to get out and about. And if you need an extra reason to do so, you'll be excited to learn that the latest season of hit AR creature collector Pokémon Go is going live on March 4th; that's tomorrow!
So, what does the Might and Mastery season bring to the table? Well, it won't surprise you to learn that Dynamax is on the cards as Dynamax Raikou makes its debut in five-star Max Battles. And if a building-sized electric tiger isn't enough from March 15th to 16th a special Dynamax Raikou Max Battle Weekend will let you get to grips with this legendary Pokémon.
Meanwhile, if you're having trouble finding Flare activity or Max Battles near you then the new Campfire feature will solve both at the same time! More trainers than ever before can team up simply by tapping the green icon under the compass in map view.
There's naturally a lot more on the books than just these additions of course. The Go Battle league updates with the following: Willpower Cup, Scroll Cup, Master Premiere, Spring Cup, and a chance to earn extra Stardust and free battle-themed Timed Research via Go Battle Week: Might and Mastery.
Pokedex collectors can also keep their eye open for the debut of Kubfu in Pokémon Go! This determined, adorable bear-like Pokémon is available as a free Special Research. Meanwhile, Paid Special Research offers the opportunity to encounter Dynamax Kubfu and other special rewards. Suffice it to say then you'll have plenty to get you out in the early spring sunshine.
