Pokemon Go welcomes Bruxish and special Flabebe in upcoming Festival of Colors update

Shiny ones up for grabs too

Pokemon Go welcomes Bruxish and special Flabebe in upcoming Festival of Colors update
  • Bruxish will appear more often
  • Regional Flabebe might pop up
  • Runs from March 13th to 17th

If you're still reeling from all the announcements during Pokémon Day 2025, Niantic has another one for you with the return of the Festival of Colors in Pokemon Go. Running from March 13th to the 17th, the vibrant event lets you discover lovely surprises around PokeStops along with event bonuses Trainers wouldn't want to miss.

In particular, your Lure Modules will last for three hours, and this time around, Bruxish will pop up more often whenever you whip out your Incense. I personally find Bruxish a little creepy, to be honest, but if you have a penchant for fishy creatures that look like a cross between a piranha and an angler fish, now's your chance to catch them.

Now, depending on your region, you might stumble upon Flabébé with a variety of colours too in the wild - and if the RNG gods are in your favour, a White Flower Flabébé and Orange Flower Flabébé might even pop up for you.
