Marvel Snap's new Snap Packs guarantee you can grab unowned cards

While Marvel Snap is an excellent way to experience the expansive Marvel Universe, and a pretty good digital TCG besides, I think few would argue that collecting new cards can become tedious. Fortunately, the folks at Second Dinner have come up with a new way around that with the introduction of Snap Packs.
What are Snap Packs? Essentially, they're a new way to collect where you're guaranteed at least one unowned card with no duplicates and two bonus rewards. This comes alongside the transformation of the Token Shop into a full-fledged Card Shop featuring a Spotlight and rotating Pinnable Cards.
You'll also now be able to claim free daily Tokens just by logging in, and purchase Tokens directly from the new Card Shop using Gold. Better yet, fans will find a free Series 5 Collector’s Pack (an example of one of the five new types of packs) in their inbox just for updating to the new patch!
That Second Dinner is trying to win back the crowd is not surprising considering how poorly-received the interruption to service back during the TikTok debacle was. For fans of the fast-paced gameplay of Marvel Snap, but for whom the long grind to unlock cards can be a pain, this mechanic is sure to be a welcome overhaul.
Otherwise, you'll find a variety of other changes coming in this update. Spotlight Caches are set to be retired, with all Spotlight Keys being converted to Tokens (3,000 per key) and Token Packs now allowing the aforementioned Gold-to-Token purchases.
