Once you start playing Scarlet Girls, you will have a hard time stopping. It's fun and simple to grasp, and the character design is incredible - at least, from my perspective as someone who absolutely loves mobile gacha games. To make things even better, I've written a Scarlet Girls tier list so you can easily pick the best characters when you go for the select gacha.

Scarlet Girls is quite similar to another gacha I used to play a long time ago, so it easily lured me in. If the same thing happened to you, don't worry - I completely get it. I also know that you'll want to make the best picks when you get your select gacha, and that's why I believe this tier list will help you quite a bit.

Before we dive in, it's important to know that the Advanced Echo Gacha is only available a month after a new server has been out, so until then, you will have to make do with the Normal Echo Gacha - that's where most of these characters will come from.

The best characters in Scarlet Girls

You can acquire SSR+ characters from the Normal Echo Gacha too - you just have to be extremely lucky (the chance is 0.010%). That won't be a big issue, since there are some SSR characters that can be used quite well into the mid-game, or at least until you get some of the top-ranking SSR+ ones.

Scarlet Girls tier list

I've divided the Scarlet Girls tier list into 5 tiers, starting from the S+ tier (where we have the absolute best characters), and going all the way to the C tier (which has the worst characters). I recommend you go for the S+ and S-tier characters as your main ones, but since that's not always possible, the A-tier characters can also be good.

I could have divided the list into a lot more tiers, but I decided that it's not worth it in the end, since most of the players just want to have a clear idea of which characters are good and which aren't, so in the C tier I've basically put all the characters that are not worth your effort, regardless of rarity (so you can find SSRs, SRs and Rs in there together).

So, let's dive into the Scarlet Girls tier list!

Scarlet Girls S+ tier

S+ Tier
Herkina Sefa
Tsubaki Solissa
Vinessa Loree
Selis Evelyn
Tine Murane
Leila Pricia
Athena Alice
Veronica Miria
Renne Charmilles
Askar

Pricia can deal amazing AoE damage and she can also reduce their Energy DMG dealt. She also gains increased DMG whenever an ally applies any type of Control debuff on the enemy.

Athena is an SSR+ character who can be an outstanding tank. She increases her DMG reduction and can also make enemies vulnerable, taking increased Crit DMG. Furthermore, when you unlock her Everlasting Torch, she will also be able to self-sustain.

Askar can heal allies, but she can also deal damage. Albeit not a lot of damage in comparison to other dedicated DPS characters, her healing is outstanding, and it applies to the entire team.

Scarlet Girls S tier

S Tier
Dido Selena
Nina Kate
Hector Lilyer
Aurora Ilya
Susan Purgatory Charlotte
Muir Sofia

Susan can deal AoE damage to the entire enemy team, and she can also apply Ignite to them. The Ignite effect stacks, and the more stacks an enemy has, the more damage she can do with her Ultimate Purge of Sin and Condemnation and Liberation.

Muir can poison enemies and she can also silence them. This can be incredibly useful in some situations where you are facing enemies that have powerful attacks, and you want to keep them in check.

Sofia is an SSR character who can heal and grant various buffs to the team, including DMG reduction and increased Armor. She can heal a decent amount, but slightly less than an SSR+ character.

3
Scarlet Girls A tier

A Tier
Natalia Simone
Mia Somis
Karaff Brady
Cordelia Ariel
Irena Addie
Miticia

In the middle of the Scarlet Girls tier list, Miticia is quite a decent healer, but if you want someone to instantly grant a lot of HP to your team, she's not it. She offers single-target healing, and even that healing is applied over time (each round). She's okay if you have nothing better to use as a healer!

Irena is sort of okay-ish, but only for the buff she grants. With her Icy Hunter skill, she can buff the allies' Crit DMG, and grant an even better buff to allies belonging to Rancor - but unless you have a Rancor team, she's not worth investing in (aside from early game).

4
Scarlet Girls B tier

B Tier
Crystal Emerald
Carroll Katie
Naland Harek
Yelena Sharon
Miranda Leia
Magdalena Sapphire

Most of the characters in this tier are bad, but they are okay-ish in the early game. Try to swap them out as soon as you can though, if you want to have a reliable team later on. Take Sapphire for instance, who is a decent damage dealer, but single target - she is only good if you are facing enemies with HP lower than 50%.

As for Magdalena, I used her in the early game because of the double-cast, but she is not that reliable later on. She does have decent CC, but it's nothing compared to some of the other characters.

5
Scarlet Girls C tier

C Tier
Clara Ruby
Jessica Elaine
Ritaia Charlotte
Amber Angel
Irene Coral
Anastasia Cristina
Lecori Alpha

The characters I listed here are not really worth your time and effort. They are mainly R and SR characters, with a few SSR ones that are just subpar. I strongly recommend you avoid picking any of them from the select gacha - even if their designs might be good, their kit isn't.

Should you reroll?

There is no point in rerolling since you need to play a lot of stages to actually obtain some Normal Echo tickets. The rewards you will get in your mail after you complete the first chapter are really good, giving you an SSR character too, so there's really no point rerolling - unless you want to waste time!

That's the complete tier list for Scarlet Girls. And since you love gacha games as much as we do, here is our Starseed Asnia Trigger tier list and our tier list for Bump Superbrawl as a bonus.
